Liz has been a member of Seattle Rugby Club since 1992, as a player, forwards coach, and currently as Director of Women's Rugby. She was capped 23 times for the US between 1996 and 2003. During that time, she was a prop in the 1998 World Cup (US placed 2nd) and 2002 World Cup (US placed 7th). Other notable roles: Scrum coach for the US Women’s National Team 2017 World Cup (US placed 4th); front row technical coach for the US Women’s National Team, 2004-2006; forwards coach for the US U23 women's National Team, 2004-2005, with tours to Canada, England, & New Zealand.
